- Customer is solely responsible for all shipping cost to and from AMI Customs, LLC. If customer is sending factory part to be modified, customer is responsible for shipping cost. Customer will be notified by AMI Customs, LLC with the address to send the part once the initial order is made. Shipping costs will be based on current market shipping rates from USPS/UPS. Original packing materials will be reused at the discretion of AMI Customs, LLC otherwise new packing materials will be used at no charge to the customer. No international shipping, only shipping within the 48 continental United States. If shipping to Canada or outside the United States is desired, please contact AMI Customs, LLC at (501)773-1046 for a shipping quote. If part is damaged in shipping, customer will need to file a claim with the shipping company and AMI Customs, LLC will fix the damaged part and the customer is responsible for any new costs/shipping fees back to AMI Customs, LLC.
- Privacy & Security
- Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other parties by AMI Customs, LLC. All payment information will be handled by Paypal, Inc.
- Returns & Replacements
- All customs parts are all sales final, no warranty is available with any custom part produced. Repair policy is at the discretion of AMI Customs, LLC and if part is deemed to have manufacturer defect, AMI Customs, LLC will either replace or fix the damaged part free of charge. If the damage/defect is deemed to be caused by the customer, the customer will be charged either a discounted rate, full price, or free of charge at the sole discretion of AMI Customs, LLC.
- Ordering
- The customer can order through the online web store or over the phone. All prices on custom work are the same regardless of where ordering is completed. If the desired part is a current high demand item, there could be a large lead time (4-6 weeks) for ordering. AMI Customs, LLC does offer a “rush” order option for high demand items at an additional fee. This option is most commonly used for special events, such as track events, car shows, etc. Contact AMI Customs, LLC for additional information on special order options.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Accepted method of payment is paypal, check or money order. If customer is sending a check or money order, customer will be notified by AMI Customs, LLC after the order is made of where to send payment.
Promotions are/will be offered at the discretion of AMI Customs, LLC based on customer volume and demand of product.
Pricing is subject to change without notification of AMI Customs, LLC at anytime, pricing on any current order cannot be changed once an order is made/processing. - Viewing Orders & Updating Account Information
